This World Communion Sunday at First Christian 10:30 service Pastor Rich Pate will be giving his message on Matthew 21: 23-32 and is titled "Do You Have Power or Authority?" Linda Gardner is Elder and will be reading scripture and leading prayers.

Pastor Rich and Brian Nabors will lead the 2:00 worship service at Belmont Tower, Brethren Care Village.

Some of our members will be joining other churches for the community Crop Walk.

This Sunday at First Christian Church we are hosting the Shelby Chamber Choir led by our Music Director, Brian Nabors. The choir will enhance our service with a blend of sacred. praise, and traditional music. The public is invited to come worship with us and hear this very talented group of youth.

This Sunday at First Christian Church Pastor Rich Pate will give his message on the Parable of the wedding banquet in Matthew 22: 1-14. His title is "You are invited, Go and Enjoy." Lana Bell will read scripture, lead prayers and preside at the table. Brian Nabors will have special music. Our Random Act of Kindness for this month is to visit someone in a nursing home. Our After School program is in its second week for Middle School students. We have volunteers from the High School and an Ashland University Sorority who come to assist these young people.

Pastor Rich Pate will give his message from 1 Thessalonians 2:1-8, titled "Confidence and Courage" Yvonne Kimball will be reading scripture from Psalm 1, leading prayers and presiding at the Table. Lana Bell is song leader and Brian Nabors will have special music.
