Community / Outreach

You might have sat in our front yard to watch the Fireworks at Community Stadium during Ashland's Fourth of July Celebration and our church stays open for the use of the restrooms. We also have allowed buses to park in our lot during sporting events. The Cross Country Invitational bus drivers have had coffee and donuts and a place to fellowship during the event. We offer our parking lots to the High School in case of overflow and are always looking for other ways we can be of assistance to the schools and the community.

Our Community involvement is evident in the Associated Charities, Ashland Food Banks, The Shoe Fund, the Crop Walk, and the Ashland Care Center. Outreaches in the region include: Camp Christian, Cleveland Christian Home, Week of a Compassion, and Christian Church in Ohio. We participate in many other ministries with money donations or health kits, school kits, or baby kits that are sent to disaster areas.

Sarah Leveck and Jarrod Vance, science teachers at the Middle School, brought approximately 80 students to use our building and each student brought in an item to be donated to Safe Haven.
