There will be communion and administering of ashes to begin our Lenten journey.

We begin our Lenten journey to the cross. Pastor Rich Pate will give his sermon on the scripture Matthew 4: 1-11. His message is titled 'You Cannot Fill a Bottomless Pit' . Jenny Hastings will be the Elder at the table and will be reading scripture from the Old Testament Genesis 2: 15-17 and Genesis 3: 1-7.

On this second Sunday of Lent, Pastor Rich Pate's sermon will be from John 3: 1-17. The title of his message is, 'Hey World, God Loves You, Like It or Not!' Linda Gardner is Elder at the table.

On this fourth Sunday of Lent, New Testament reading: John 9: 1-25 and Old Testament reading from 1 Samuel 16:1-13. Morning message by Rich Pate titled 'There is None so Blind as He Who Will Not See.' We are collecting personal care and household items to be given to Safe Haven.
